The NRCF will oversee delivery of the Tackling Retail Crime Together strategic delivery plan at a national level.

The group is Chaired by Dame Diana Johnson, Minister for Police and Crime Prevention.

The NRCF will ensure transparency and accountability by reporting progress on each programme of activity directly into the ministerial-led Retail Crime Forum.

Alongside this, the group will develop detailed delivery plans and drive collaboration through the Retail Crime Advisory Group, chaired by the National Policing Lead for Retail Crime.

This structure ensures that all parties, government, policing, and industry, are fully engaged, aligned, and working together to deliver meaningful action in tackling retail crime.
